This award is given by the family and friends in honor of Dominic Addario. Prior to his untimely death, he could be seen at BGSA games rooting for his girlfriend and her team. It is in this spirit of young people playing and cheering for pure fun, recreation, friendship and enjoyment that this award is given annually to a Senior League player.

The following criteria should be a guide for you in choosing a nominee. Your comments to these questions will help the board in making the final decision. Every year there are many girls who could be nominated for this award, but unfortunately, many coaches will not take a few minutes of their time to make a nomination. Please give this serious consideration. You may nominate someone from your team, since you are most familiar with them, or a player from another team that may have impressed you during the season. Please note that none of the selection criteria are concerned with the player's athletic ability.
